This part will probably end up as somewhere you can upload files to (photos, mp3s, pdfs, whatever) to SHARE. I don't think it needs to be limited to politics... stories, poems, songs and pictures all have their place, after all.

I haven't written the upload parts yet, it's the security aspect that's slowing me down ;) but it should be in place some time next week.

Meanwhile if you want to try out the editing stuff, please use the test file!
